At the CD PROJEKT RED Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your loot. If your apparel or accessories aren't the right fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account or visit our Support Portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it arrived from Night City.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or address the package to our returns facility, clearly marking your RMA number on the exterior of the box.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
